Submit a complete charter request
Start by choosing the request form that matches private aviation, group charter or air cargo. Provide the complete route, dates, preferred operating windows, passenger or cargo details, baggage, special requirements and a working contact email. Accurate information helps participating vetted Broker Partners decide independently whether the request falls within their capabilities. IONA JETS transmits the submitted information through its referral Platform but does not assess operational feasibility, choose an operator, prepare a quote or guarantee that any Broker Partner will respond.
- Choose the correct form: Use the private, commercial or cargo request form so the itinerary and requirements are captured in fields appropriate to the intended mission. This also reduces avoidable follow-up questions before an assessment begins.
- Describe the complete movement: Include every sector, timing constraint, passenger or shipment profile and requested third-party service rather than relying on assumptions or a short route description. State any flexibility separately so alternatives can be evaluated accurately.
- Use a consistent email address: Account access and request identification may depend on the email used during submission. Follow the instructions displayed by the Platform and retain the reference provided. Avoid duplicate accounts for the same inquiry.
Review any proposals made available
Participating vetted Broker Partners decide independently whether to assess a request and what proposal, if any, to prepare. Available responses may appear in the Client Portal with messages or documents supplied by the responding Broker Partner. Review the proposed aircraft or service, named contractual parties, operator identity, schedule, price basis, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and cancellation conditions. The Platform can present information for review, but IONA JETS does not rank proposals by suitability, negotiate the terms or guarantee that responses are directly comparable.
- Identify the parties: Confirm which Broker Partner issued the proposal, which operator or provider is proposed and which entity will contract with and invoice the Client. Check these names against the proposal and invoice details.
- Compare the full scope: Check routing, aircraft, timings, baggage or cargo limits, services, taxes, positioning assumptions and exclusions instead of comparing the headline amount alone. Note any material difference before making a selection.
- Resolve uncertainties in writing: Ask the responding Broker Partner to clarify missing terms, operational assumptions or document requirements before relying on the proposal or selecting it. Keep the clarification with the final proposal documents.
Select a proposal and complete the contract
Selecting a proposal through the Platform identifies the option the Client wishes to pursue; it does not by itself create or guarantee a flight. The selected Broker Partner remains responsible for identifying the proposed operator, completing its own checks, issuing or arranging the applicable contract and payment instructions, and coordinating the confirmed mission with the operator and other providers. The Client should accept and pay only after reviewing the named parties, final scope, price, cancellation conditions and confirmation requirements contained in the contractual documentation.
- From selection to confirmation: Selecting a proposal identifies the option the Client wishes to pursue. The selected Broker Partner then completes the applicable contract, payment and confirmations with the proposed operator and providers. Use the written booking documentation to verify the confirmed aircraft or capacity, schedule, services and price.
- Review before payment: Verify beneficiary details, payment schedule, refund and cancellation terms, applicable taxes and the identity of the party receiving the Client's funds. Confirm unexpected banking changes through an independently verified contact.
- Retain the final documents: Keep the signed contract, confirmed itinerary, operator details, payment evidence and operational contact information supplied for the booked movement. Store later amendments with the same booking record.
Manage questions, changes and confirmed-booking matters
IONA JETS can assist with Platform access, locating a request and understanding the referral process. Once a proposal has been selected, contractual, payment and operational questions should be directed to the selected Broker Partner or another responsible party identified in the booking documentation. Changes to passengers, cargo, dates, airports, services or timings may require a revised assessment, amended terms or additional charges. No change is effective merely because it was mentioned through a support channel; obtain written confirmation from the responsible contractual provider.
- Platform questions: Contact IONA JETS about account access, request submission or locating information shown in the Client Portal, subject to channel availability and response times. Include the request reference when asking for assistance.
- Booking questions: Contact the selected Broker Partner about contracts, payments, operator coordination, passenger or cargo acceptance and changes to a confirmed movement. Use the contact details stated in the contractual documentation.
- Urgent operational matters: Use the operational contacts in the booking documentation. IONA JETS support channels and the AI agent are not dispatch, safety or emergency services. Contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.
Good to know
- Submit requests and material changes in writing through the available Platform form, email or WhatsApp channel. The AI phone agent can provide general guidance but does not capture, approve or confirm a charter booking, price, operator, schedule or service.
- IONA JETS does not charge Clients a platform fee for the standard referral process. Flights and third-party services remain chargeable under their own terms, IONA JETS Business is separate, and IONA JETS receives remuneration from a Broker Partner when a referred request results in a confirmed booking.
- Treat portal privacy, permissions, message separation, activity logs and availability only as described by implemented functions and the applicable Privacy Policy. Platform access and displayed information may change, and no digital system guarantees confidentiality or uninterrupted availability.
