Slots, parking and FBO access are never guaranteed and can change once traffic-management measures take over.

Broker Partners may propose a direct hop or multiple legs following your plans, not an airline network, and the selected Broker Partner confirms it with the proposed operator. Aircraft range, ground infrastructure, slots, crew limits, weather and permits shape what is possible; departure and total travel times become firm only once confirmed.

Send your destination, preferred dates, passenger count, baggage and any ground or event-related needs through the IONA JETS platform. Vetted Broker Partners may study the route and prepare proposals covering the aircraft, the airports and the pricing they can offer. Compare any proposals received in your Client Portal, then choose. The selected Broker Partner confirms the proposed operator, the routing, the airport arrangements and any agreed third-party services. Sending a request neither guarantees a proposal nor commits you to booking.
They may be available, but they are never guaranteed. A championship weekend, an art fair, a fashion week or a summit can saturate slots, parking and FBO capacity at an airport for days. Asking early often widens the field, though the decisions sit with airports, coordinators, authorities, operators and handlers. Once you select a proposal, the selected Broker Partner may request the slots, parking and FBO arrangements. Nearby airports are worth a look too, each with its own opening hours, transfer distance and availability. Arrival and departure times remain provisional until the responsible parties have confirmed them.
A helicopter, a yacht, a marina transfer or a chauffeur may be requested alongside the flight. The selected Broker Partner may coordinate the agreed connection with the aircraft operator and the third-party providers involved. Each leg has its own availability, price, permits, weather constraints, landing or berthing requirements and confirmation process. Buffers can be built into the timings, but a seamless or perfectly synchronized handover is not guaranteed. Each provider remains responsible for the service it performs.
Changes may be possible, though never guaranteed. The selected Broker Partner may ask the operator to look at a later departure, a different route or an extra stop. Approval depends on aircraft availability, airport slots, crew-duty limits, permits, weather, repositioning and other operational constraints. A change may affect the price, the payment requirements, the cancellation terms or the aircraft assigned to you. Nothing changes until the responsible contractual party confirms and documents the revised arrangements. Same-day changes and multi-destination itineraries usually need more time.
