How do I book a private flight to a specific event or destination?
Submit your request through the platform: destination, preferred dates, passenger count, luggage requirements, plus any special requests such as ground transport or event logistics. Broker partners assess your route, recommend suitable aircraft and respond with proposals covering pricing, aircraft options and logistics tailored to your itinerary. Compare proposals through your Client Portal before confirming. Local expertise is particularly valuable for events with restricted slots or destinations where ground logistics can shape the door-to-door experience.
Can landing slots be secured during major sporting events or peak travel periods?
Yes, but early planning is recommended for high-demand events. Sporting tournaments, art fairs, fashion weeks and diplomatic summits create airport congestion with limited slot availability and reduced FBO parking. Broker partners secure landing slots, parking reservations and FBO access in advance to protect your arrival and departure times during peak periods.
