One shared workspace for private aviation, group and air cargo charter requests.
All three request types are managed from the same professional account. The itinerary, passenger or shipment requirements, internal notes, Broker Partner messages and any proposals received remain attached to the request, rather than being scattered across email threads or tied to a shared login. Broker participation and any proposals received vary from one request to the next, and the selected Broker Partner finalizes the contract and booking arrangements.

Invite colleagues to the organization account and assign each person one of the available roles. Requesters, coordinators and approvers then work on the same request, and your organization decides who can use which functions and who can see which details. Administrators remain responsible for invitations, role assignments, periodic access reviews and removing access promptly when someone no longer needs it, in line with your organization's internal policies.

IONA JETS Business is an optional workspace for professionals who manage charter requests for an organization or its clients. The available features, trial, price, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before activation and governed by the applicable subscription terms. Review the available features and confirm that the plan suits your organization's intended use before authorizing payment. Flights and third-party services are priced separately and governed by the proposal you select and its booking documentation.
Each organization has its own Business account. Role-based access determines which features and information each colleague can use or view. Role-based controls are designed to limit access, but they do not guarantee absolute isolation, continuous availability or the prevention of every unauthorized action. Administrators remain responsible for invitations, assignments and access decisions: they should review them regularly, remove access that is no longer required and keep their own approval and user-offboarding procedures in place. Each organization should also set out internally who may create requests, review proposals and approve a selection.
The interface provides separate channels for internal notes and conversations with Broker Partners. IONA JETS and its contracted providers process personal and account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, so only share information needed for the request. Workspace members should check the recipient before posting and use the intended channel when a message is meant for a Broker Partner. After changing a user's role, administrators should also review any earlier content or access that may remain available.
Enterprise documentation and tailored configurations may be considered, subject to scope and feasibility. Requests for a data processing agreement, security questionnaire, service level, integration or custom contract are reviewed individually and apply only once confirmed in writing. Do not rely on a requested feature or document until its availability and scope have been confirmed in writing. Any agreed availability, delivery dates, fees and responsibilities must be set out in the signed documentation before implementation begins.
IONA JETS Business is an optional paid workspace providing team-management, role-based access, internal collaboration, centralized records and subscription-account tools for professional users arranging charter requests on behalf of their organization or clients. The Business subscription does not replace the standard IONA JETS referral service and does not alter the contractual relationship for an individual flight or shipment. IONA JETS acts solely as a Swiss digital referral platform connecting clients with independent air charter brokers across private aviation, group and airline charter, and air cargo. IONA JETS is not an air charter broker, air carrier, airline, aircraft operator, freight forwarder, customs broker or ground-handling provider, does not hold an Air Operator Certificate and does not operate flights, transport cargo, perform handling or provide customs clearance. IONA JETS reviews and verifies broker partners before they join its network, but does not directly source, select or verify individual aircraft operators or downstream providers. Participating brokers may prepare proposals, but broker participation, response times and the number, scope and terms of proposals are not guaranteed. Operator sourcing, the checks the selected broker applies to the proposed operator and the finalization of the agreed booking arrangements fall within that broker's own responsibility and procedures. IONA JETS does not supervise those checks. Transport-related obligations and liabilities remain with the contractual party or parties identified in the booking documentation. References to role-based permissions, data separation, internal collaboration, activity history, audit preparation, branded workspaces or enterprise onboarding describe platform features and intended uses and do not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, absolute security, regulatory compliance, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice or audit certification. Feature availability may depend on subscription status, account configuration and technical availability. IONA JETS Business is intended exclusively for professional and business users acting within a commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity. Payment processing is provided through Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy documentation, and IONA JETS does not store full payment-card details on its own infrastructure. (1) The 14-day free trial requires a valid payment method at signup. No subscription charge is processed during the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid monthly plan on the day following the end of the trial. (2) IONA JETS Business is currently offered at CHF 99 per month, excluding applicable VAT or other taxes. Tax treatment depends on the subscriber's location, business status and applicable law. Swiss VAT may apply to subscribers in Switzerland. An eligible business subscriber outside Switzerland may be subject to a reverse-charge or other applicable tax mechanism. The amount displayed at checkout and on the issued invoice governs the transaction. (3) The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancellation may be completed at any time through the Business Portal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued for a partially used period, and access remains available until the end of the period already paid. *Cashback is available only on eligible bookings and remains subject to the applicable Loyalty Program terms.
