How Air Charter Brokers Can Apply to the IONA JETS Network

Established air charter brokerage businesses may submit information for consideration by IONA JETS. An application begins a discretionary review and does not guarantee admission, referrals, a particular territory, commercial terms or continued participation. Any accepted relationship is governed by the written agreement completed between IONA JETS and the approved brokerage business.

Who may submit an application

The application route is intended for established air charter brokerage businesses able to document their legal identity, relevant experience, operating markets, insurance, compliance processes and approach to operator due diligence. IONA JETS may consider businesses active in private aviation, group charter, airline support or cargo, but does not promise coverage or acceptance for every segment or jurisdiction. Applicants remain responsible for determining which registrations, licenses, authorizations and professional obligations apply to their own activities.

  • Business identity: Provide the registered entity name, address, company number, ownership or authorized contacts and the jurisdictions in which the brokerage conducts business. Use documents that remain valid in every relevant jurisdiction.
  • Relevant experience: Describe charter segments, geographic markets, team capabilities, representative mission experience and the processes used to manage complex or regulated requests. Explain how that experience is evidenced and supervised internally.
  • Compliance framework: Explain insurance, sanctions screening, data protection, complaints, payment controls and operator due-diligence procedures supported by current documents. Identify accountable personnel, supporting records and the frequency of internal review.

What information supports the review

A complete submission should allow IONA JETS to understand the applicant and verify the information relevant to network admission. Documents may include corporate registration, insurance evidence, professional references, policies and descriptions of operator sourcing and oversight. Industry memberships can provide context but do not replace independent review or prove suitability. Do not send unnecessary personal or confidential information. IONA JETS may request clarification, updated evidence or a discussion with authorized representatives before reaching a decision.

  • Corporate documents: Supply current registration, contact, insurance and authority information appropriate to the applicant's legal form and operating jurisdictions. Provide certified translations where material records are not readily understandable to reviewers.
  • Due-diligence approach: Describe how the brokerage identifies operators, reviews certificates and insurance and documents mission-specific checks before proposing an aircraft. Clarify escalation steps when evidence is incomplete, inconsistent or expired.
  • Service and conduct: Explain Client communication, proposal transparency, contracting, payment handling, complaint management and escalation procedures without unsupported performance claims. Provide representative process documents where appropriate, current and lawfully shareable.

How applications are assessed

IONA JETS reviews applications against its current network needs and admission criteria. The process can consider business standing, relevant experience, documentation, coverage, due-diligence methods, Client service and potential conflicts or risks. The scope and duration of review can vary, and IONA JETS may decline, pause or close an application without promising detailed reasons where permitted. Submission does not create a partnership, agency, exclusivity, preferred status or entitlement to use IONA JETS branding.

  • Independent decision: Admission is discretionary and may depend on current network coverage, evidence supplied, risk assessment and completion of the required agreement. Submitting complete information does not create a right to admission.
  • No referral guarantee: Application or admission does not guarantee request volume, response opportunities, conversions, revenue, territory or continued Platform access. Forecasts, discussions or past introductions must not be treated as future commitments.
  • Use of Partner status and branding: Partner status and IONA JETS branding may be used once written authorization has been granted. Until then, applicants must not present themselves as IONA JETS Broker Partners or use protected branding. This restriction also applies to websites, proposals and social profiles.

Responsibilities after admission

An admitted Broker Partner remains an independent business responsible for its own proposals, operator sourcing and due diligence, contracts, payments, personnel, insurance, regulatory compliance and coordination of confirmed missions. Participation rules, remuneration, data use, branding, suspension and termination are governed by the applicable written agreement and Platform terms, not by general Help Center copy. Broker Partners should keep supporting documents current and notify IONA JETS of material changes. Network admission does not make IONA JETS a party to the Broker Partner's flight or provider contracts.

  • Independent operation: The Broker Partner controls its response decisions and remains responsible for every proposal, provider, contract, payment and confirmed mission it handles. It must preserve the legal and operational separation described in the agreement.
  • Current information: Maintain accurate corporate, insurance, compliance and contact records and disclose material changes that may affect participation or a specific referral. Provide updates promptly through the designated network contact.
  • Written terms prevail: Commercial conditions, data obligations, branding, review, suspension and termination follow the executed agreement and applicable Platform terms. Review the current documents rather than relying on Help Center summaries.

Good to know

  • Treat statements that joining is free, performance-only or non-exclusive as valid only where confirmed by the current agreement offered to the particular applicant. General Help Center content does not create or amend commercial terms.
  • An application does not guarantee a response date, admission or access to referrals. IONA JETS may request more information, pause the review or decline the application according to current network needs and its lawful internal process.
  • IONA JETS reviews Broker Partners for network admission but does not assume their professional duties. Each admitted business remains responsible for operator checks, proposal accuracy, contracts, payments, regulatory compliance and coordination of any mission it confirms.

IONA JETS acts solely as a Swiss digital referral platform connecting clients with independent air charter brokers. IONA JETS is not an air charter broker, air carrier, airline, aircraft operator, freight forwarder, ground-handling provider, travel agency, emergency service or provider of the flights and third-party services discussed in this Help Center. The Help Center, AI agent, email support and WhatsApp channels provide general information and assistance relating to use of the platform. They do not constitute operational, contractual, legal, financial, medical, safety, customs, immigration or other professional advice and do not confirm any aircraft, operator, route, schedule, price, proposal, service, provider or booking. Participating vetted Broker Partners may independently assess requests and prepare proposals, but Broker Partner participation and the receipt, number, timing, content and terms of proposals are not guaranteed. After a proposal is selected, operator sourcing, the checks the selected Broker Partner applies to the proposed operator, the applicable contract and payment arrangements, and the coordination of the confirmed mission and agreed third-party services all fall within that broker's own responsibility and procedures. IONA JETS neither performs nor supervises those checks. Each Broker Partner, operator, authority and provider remains responsible for the services, decisions, authorizations and obligations within its own contractual or regulatory role. Help Center content describes general industry considerations and may not reflect the precise conditions of a particular request or booking. The AI agent may produce incomplete, outdated or inaccurate responses and does not replace verification by a qualified human representative or the responsible contractual and operating parties. Availability of email, telephone or WhatsApp channels does not guarantee a particular response or resolution time. These channels are not emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service and the responsible operator or contractual party. Transport-related obligations and liabilities remain with the party or parties identified in the relevant booking documentation. IONA JETS is not a party to the flight or third-party service contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. IONA JETS receives remuneration from a Broker Partner when a referred request results in a confirmed booking. Network admission, participation, commercial terms, referrals, branding rights, review, suspension and termination are governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement and Platform terms.
