IONA JETS provides a structured digital entry point for private aviation, commercial group charter, air cargo and related service requests. Clients submit relevant requirements through the Platform, and participating vetted Broker Partners independently decide whether to assess them and prepare proposals subject to provider availability, feasibility and applicable rules.

Private aviation requests for varied travel needs

Private aviation requests may concern executive travel, leisure itineraries, medical transport, regional air taxi sectors, helicopter charter or travel with animals. A useful submission describes the route, dates, passenger profile, baggage, accessibility needs and any time-sensitive or medically relevant information that responsible providers are permitted to receive. Participating vetted Broker Partners independently decide whether to assess the request, identify possible operators and prepare a proposal. Aircraft suitability, airport access, operating permissions, cabin features and specialist support remain subject to written confirmation for the particular journey.

  • Business and personal travel: Requests may cover executive meetings, multi-city programs, family journeys or leisure travel. Review the dedicated business charter guidance and disclose the complete itinerary before assessing any proposal.

Air cargo requests defined by the shipment

Air cargo charter requests may involve general freight, urgent aircraft parts, humanitarian supplies, healthcare products, dangerous goods, perishables, outsize loads or live animals. Assessment begins with commodity, packaging, weight, dimensions, route, timing and documentation, not a generic aircraft preference. Participating vetted Broker Partners independently decide whether to assess the shipment and consult operators, handlers or specialist providers. Acceptance, classification, permits, screening, temperature control, loading, customs and onward services remain the responsibility of contractual parties and authorities.

  • General and urgent freight: Commercial goods and time-critical parts require a complete shipment profile and realistic collection window. Use the general cargo guidance to identify the information needed before feasibility can be assessed.

Complementary services subject to confirmation

A flight request may include ground transport, helicopter transfers, terminal or lounge access, airport fast track, cabin presentation, catering or independent security services. These are separate services supplied by the providers identified in the applicable documentation, even when requested alongside a flight. Participating vetted Broker Partners may consult relevant providers if they choose to assess the request, but access, timing, specifications and personnel are not assured. Clients should declare important needs early, review each provider and scope, and obtain written confirmation of price, terms, responsibilities and contingencies before acceptance.

IONA JETS transmits the submitted requirements through its Swiss digital referral platform to participating vetted Broker Partners. Each Broker Partner independently decides whether to assess the request and prepare a proposal, so no response, number of proposals or timing is guaranteed. If the Client selects a proposal, the selected Broker Partner identifies the proposed operator, carries out its own checks, finalizes the applicable contractual and payment documents and coordinates the confirmed flight with the responsible providers.

These services are not supplied or guaranteed by IONA JETS. A participating Broker Partner may consult relevant providers, but each service remains subject to local rules, infrastructure, availability and written acceptance. IONA JETS acts solely as a Swiss digital referral platform connecting clients with independent air charter Broker Partners across private aviation, group charter and air cargo. IONA JETS is not an air charter broker, air carrier, airline or aircraft operator and does not own, lease, operate, schedule, dispatch, control or perform flights. Participating vetted Broker Partners independently decide whether to assess a request and prepare a proposal. Their participation and the receipt, number, timing, content or terms of proposals are not guaranteed. If a client selects a proposal, operator sourcing, the checks the selected Broker Partner applies to the proposed operator, the applicable contract and payment arrangements and the coordination of the confirmed flight and agreed third-party services with the responsible providers all fall within that broker's own responsibility and procedures. IONA JETS neither performs nor supervises those checks. Each confirmed flight is performed exclusively by the aircraft operator identified in the contractual documentation, under its own operating certificate, approvals, operational control, terms and insurance. IONA JETS reviews Broker Partners before network admission but does not directly certify, approve, select or verify every aircraft operator or downstream provider. Each Broker Partner, operator, authority and provider remains responsible for its own services, decisions, authorizations, insurance, personnel, equipment, contractual obligations and regulatory compliance.
