Audit-ready corporate jet charter for public companies.
A centralized aviation platform for listed groups, subsidiaries and business units operating under public-market disclosure rules.
Centralize corporate jet usage across business units, subsidiaries and regions.
Listed groups operate across legal entities, geographies and reporting lines that rarely share systems. IONA JETS Business brings all charter activity together in one workspace. Each request is attributed to the right cost center, allocated to the right business unit, and reportable across the perimeter your CFO actually consolidates. Travel desks, executive assistants and finance controllers all work on the same record set, regardless of where in the group the request originates. And role-based access is calibrated to local autonomy, while group-level visibility is preserved for corporate operations and audit functions.
- Single workspace, multiple entities: Each subsidiary, regional office or business unit operates under the same parent business account, with role-based access defining who submits, who approves and who exports across the perimeter.
- Cost allocation by attribution: Every flight request is tagged to the requesting employee, business unit and period. Exports in CSV (by employee, period and mission category) are ready for ERP ingestion, or for manual reconciliation against your existing cost allocation framework.
- Consolidated reporting on demand: Group-level dashboards show aggregate spend, request volume and route patterns by entity, available to the parent admin without manual data assembly across regional travel coordinators.
Corporate jet compliance audit frameworks your audit committee already understands.
Listed corporations operate under control frameworks that travel sourcing rarely fits natively. IONA JETS Business is built around the same expectations: immutable activity logs, attribution by user, documented vendor due diligence, and exportable records aligned with the audit cycles that govern the rest of your operations. Your internal audit function, statutory auditors and regulators receive the same artifacts they would expect from any enterprise-grade vendor. The formats are compatible with the sampling protocols and evidentiary standards your audit committee already applies elsewhere.
- SOX testing alignment: Activity logs preserve the chain of custody auditors need for IT general controls and process-level testing on travel expenditure, with timestamps, attribution and immutability that satisfy standard sampling protocols.
- FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sapin II: These anti-corruption frameworks require demonstrable diligence on third-party intermediaries and traceable approval workflows. The platform records every request, quote and acceptance with the metadata your compliance counsel needs.
- Vendor onboarding ready: Standard documentation (Data Processing Agreement under GDPR Article 28, security questionnaire CAIQ or SIG, master service agreement) is available on request to your procurement, legal and information security teams, with no bespoke negotiation needed.
Corporate jet policy enforcement without operational friction.
Corporate travel policies define what employees can book, at what threshold, under what approval, including which seniority levels can request a corporate charter flight. IONA JETS Business respects that hierarchy: administrators define which categories of charter (private, commercial, cargo) each member can request, with submission gates enforced both at the interface level and the database level. Policy compliance is not an honor system, and it does not require chasing employees afterward to verify that the rules were followed, with every authorization decision logged and available for review by the policy owners and internal audit teams.
- Granular permissions per member: Each business member is configured with category-level submission rights. Employees see clear status indicators on each request type and cannot bypass the configuration through interface manipulation.
- Server-side enforcement: Submission rules are validated at the database trigger level, not just in the browser. Even an employee who modifies the request directly cannot submit outside their configured authorization scope.
- Auditable approval trail: Every permission change is logged with the administrator who made it, the timestamp and the affected member, providing the audit trail your internal audit team expects on any role-based access control system.
Discretion that protects market-sensitive information.
For listed groups, executive movements are market-sensitive. A trip to a target's headquarters before an unannounced acquisition, an unusual concentration of senior travel during a quiet period, or a sudden roadshow ahead of an earnings release can leak strategic intent. IONA JETS Business masks personally identifiable information from broker partners until quote acceptance, and isolates internal communications from any external party on the network, with audit logs traceable on demand to support insider trading investigations or market abuse inquiries that your general counsel and securities lawyers may need to address.
- PII masked pre-acceptance: Identity, billing details and contact information remain hidden from broker partners until you accept a quote, with no name leaks, no executive itinerary exposure and no anticipatory market signals across the broker network.
- Internal chat strictly internal: Communications between your team members are not exposed to broker partners or any other organization on the platform. Row-level security enforces this isolation at the database layer, independently auditable on request.
- European Union data residency: Data resides on EU infrastructure under Swiss governance, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logs available on demand to your information security and compliance teams.

Frequently asked questions about IONA JETS Business for listed corporations.
Considering IONA JETS Business for your group? Below are answers to common questions from listed corporations and multinational groups about audit readiness, cross-border governance and integration with internal control frameworks. For specific compliance considerations or vendor onboarding processes outside standard documentation, our team is available for direct conversations with your procurement, legal and information security functions.
Is this corporate jet compliance audit platform compatible with our SOX 404 testing perimeter for travel expenditure?
Yes. Activity logs are immutable and timestamped at the database layer, with attribution by user for every request, quote and acceptance event. The standard sampling protocols used in IT general controls testing and process-level testing on travel expenditure are supported by export formats designed for direct review by your internal audit and statutory auditors. Documentation on the underlying control architecture is available on request, as part of the vendor onboarding process with your information security or audit teams.
How do you handle multi-entity setups for groups with several legal entities?
The standard plan covers one business entity per subscription. For multinational groups managing several legal entities (parent, subsidiaries, sister companies, regional offices) that need consolidated billing or reporting across entities, our team implements custom enterprise setups, with bespoke contractual frameworks and dedicated SLAs. Each entity keeps its own data isolation. And the parent admin gets group-level visibility on aggregate activity, request volume and spend patterns. Engagements with procurement, legal and information security teams are part of the standard onboarding process for these configurations.
What documentation do you provide for our vendor onboarding process?
Standard documentation includes a Data Processing Agreement under GDPR Article 28, security questionnaire responses (CAIQ, SIG or your custom format), our infrastructure documentation covering data residency and subprocessors, and a master service agreement aligned with enterprise procurement standards. For enterprise commitments at appropriate volume, bespoke contractual frameworks, dedicated SLAs and additional security artifacts are negotiable. Reach out through the standard channels to start the vendor onboarding workflow with your procurement and security teams.
Can our internal audit team access activity logs directly during reviews?
Yes. The administrator can export the complete activity log at any time through the workspace interface, in formats designed for audit review (CSV with attribution by user, period, mission category and request status). For more frequent access during scheduled reviews, our team can configure read-only access for designated internal audit personnel with appropriate role-based permissions. Auditors retrieve the data they need, without compromising the operational confidentiality of ongoing requests.
