A verified Swiss legal identity
The business behind IONA JETS is the Geneva sole proprietorship Dimitri Memleb - IONA JETS - Logopriint, owned by founder Dimitri Memleb. The commercial-register entry is dated November 7, 2025, and records Geneva as the legal seat. The registered enterprise identification number is CHE-214.262.010. These details define the current legal identity of the Platform operator; they do not establish an airline, aircraft operator or charter brokerage. Clients can check the current particulars in the Legal Notice and should treat the official register as authoritative if company information changes.
- Registered operator: The legal name, form, registered address and enterprise identification number are stated in the Legal Notice. Those particulars identify the Platform operator under Swiss law, not an airline or flight operator.
- Founder and owner: Dimitri Memleb is identified as the founder and sole proprietor. This status does not imply an aviation license, regulated operational qualification or authority over any flight, aircraft, crew or provider.
- Authoritative record: The commercial register records the legal seat and registration particulars. If a website statement and the current official record differ, the official record should be treated as the controlling source.
Why the referral model defines the Platform
Air charter can involve a client, a charter broker, an aircraft operator and several independent service providers, each with a different contractual or operational role. IONA JETS was structured as a digital referral platform to provide an initial route for requests without assuming those specialist functions. The Platform can transmit the information a client chooses to provide to participating vetted Broker Partners. Those brokers decide independently whether to assess the request, which operators or providers to consult and whether to prepare a proposal. No referral guarantees a response, match, proposal or booking.
- Clear starting point: A client can describe a private, group or cargo requirement through the Platform. Complete information supports assessment, but submitting a request does not create a booking or guarantee a response.
- Independent participation: Participating vetted Broker Partners decide separately whether to respond and what terms to propose. IONA JETS does not direct that decision, determine the price or promise any number of proposals.
- Defined legal boundaries: The Terms of Service explain the referral relationship and the responsibilities that remain with the selected Broker Partner, aircraft operator, other providers and client throughout any transaction resulting from the referral.
How responsibilities pass beyond a referral
A request submitted through IONA JETS is not a quote, booking or operational instruction. If a participating Broker Partner chooses to respond, its proposal should identify the relevant scope, price basis, conditions and contractual parties. The client decides whether to proceed after reviewing those terms. If accepted, the selected Broker Partner is responsible for the checks it applies, its contract and payment arrangements and for coordinating the confirmed flight with the responsible providers. The named aircraft operator alone performs the flight under its certificate, approvals, operational control, insurance and conditions.
- Request stage: The client provides the itinerary and relevant requirements clearly and accurately. IONA JETS transmits the request through its Platform, while each participating Broker Partner independently determines whether further assessment is appropriate.
- Proposal stage: The responding Broker Partner defines its proposed operator, services, price, exclusions and contractual terms. Clients should review the named parties and supporting documentation before accepting or paying for an arrangement.
- Confirmed-flight stage: The aircraft operator identified in the contract retains operational control and performs the flight for that movement. The Safety and Compliance page explains this separation and the limits of Platform screening.
Development guided by transparent roles
IONA JETS continues to refine its website, request forms and Client Portal around the same clear separation between referral, brokerage and aircraft operation. Digital tools can make information easier to organize, compare and communicate while professional assessment and contracting remain with the responsible parties. Current proposals and booking documents provide the mission-specific information clients need when making a final decision. The same principle guides what is built next: tools that help a client prepare, compare and keep track, without ever standing in for the broker's assessment or the operator's decisions.
- Documented functions: Platform descriptions should match the tools and processes currently available. References to planned improvements are objectives only and should not be read as commitments regarding features, timing or uninterrupted access.
- Broker admission: IONA JETS reviews Broker Partners before network admission. Learn how the broker network is structured in the network overview, including the distinction between that review and each broker's own downstream due diligence.
- Client review: Every proposal remains a separate commercial offer from the responding Broker Partner. The client should verify scope, price, contractual parties, payment terms, changes, cancellations and supporting documents in writing before acceptance.
