Clients compare any proposals received in the Client Portal and select the one they prefer; the related messages and documents stay attached to the request. The selected broker then sources the proposed operator, finalizes the applicable contract and payment arrangements, and coordinates the mission within its agreed scope.

IONA JETS shares eligible requests with vetted Broker Partners whose experience may fit the mission, and any proposals received appear side by side in the Client Portal, with pricing, aircraft, messages and documents. Requests commit clients to nothing, and choosing a proposal does not yet confirm the flight. The selected Broker Partner then handles operator sourcing, contract, payment and coordination.

Availability and the actual environmental result depend on the operator, provider, airport and flight; IONA JETS does not independently verify each claim.

It does not operate aircraft, hold an Air Operator Certificate, negotiate the flight contract or perform the air transport service. Vetted Broker Partners that choose to participate may assess requests independently and prepare proposals. Once a client selects a proposal, that Broker Partner sources the proposed operator, applies the checks its own procedures require, finalizes the applicable contract and payment arrangements, and coordinates the mission with the operator and relevant providers. The parties bound by contract are named in the booking documentation.

The scope, price, methodology, documentation and claimed benefit depend on the operator, provider, airport and journey. Yes. Eligible requests may be submitted across Private Aviation, Group & Airline and Air Cargo. Participating Broker Partners with relevant experience may study the request and prepare proposals when suitable options exist. Aircraft availability, operator acceptance, route feasibility, cargo acceptance, permits, handling requirements and regulatory conditions are specific to each mission. Submitting a request is no guarantee of a proposal, and it commits the client to nothing. Each broker decides whether the request falls within its expertise and whether suitable operators or service providers can support it.
There is no platform fee for submitting a request, comparing available proposals or selecting an option through the standard referral service. IONA JETS may be paid by a Broker Partner when a referred request results in a confirmed booking. IONA JETS Business is a separate optional paid subscription. Flights and third-party services carry their own prices, taxes, payment terms and cancellation conditions. Additional or variable costs may also apply when permitted by the applicable contract and documented by the responsible contractual party.
IONA JETS acts solely as a Swiss digital referral platform connecting clients with independent air charter brokers. IONA JETS is not an air charter broker, air carrier, airline, aircraft operator, freight forwarder, ground-handling provider, travel agency or provider of the flights and related services described on this page. IONA JETS does not operate aircraft, hold an Air Operator Certificate, negotiate flight contracts or perform air transport. Participating vetted Broker Partners may independently assess requests and prepare proposals. Broker participation and the receipt, number, timing, content and terms of proposals are not guaranteed. After a proposal is selected, operator sourcing, the checks the selected Broker Partner applies to the proposed operator, the applicable contractual and payment arrangements, and the coordination of the confirmed mission with the operator and relevant providers all fall within that broker's own responsibility and procedures. IONA JETS does not supervise those checks. IONA JETS reviews and verifies Broker Partners before they join the network but does not directly certify, approve, select or verify every aircraft operator or downstream provider.
