Broker partners handle all quoting, contracting and coordination directly with the client and operator, and they are independently licensed and insured under their own jurisdictions, which is why your contractual relationship for any flight rests entirely with the broker partner you choose to work with.

No. IONA JETS does not charge clients any fee, commission or service cost at any stage of the process. We are remunerated exclusively by broker partners upon successful conversion. Broker partners provide transparent, all-inclusive quotes that detail all costs including fuel, handling, landing fees, catering and any applicable surcharges, fully confirmed before you commit to booking, with the exception of variable items such as actual fuel pricing on departure day, de-icing fees in winter or last-minute schedule changes that may carry documented adjustments at the broker partner's standard terms.
