- Shipper information: The shipper remains responsible for exact cargo data, lawful contents, classification, packaging, marking, labeling, drawings and supporting documents, and must promptly disclose any change.
- Permits and clearances: Customs, traffic rights, overflight or landing permissions, diplomatic clearances, export or import approvals and site access are never assumed granted and remain with the identified responsible parties.
