Earn up to 1% cashback on eligible charter bookings

Program Terms. The IONA JETS Cashback Loyalty Program is operated by IONA JETS, Dimitri Memleb, sole proprietorship, Cours des Bastions 13, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland. The Program is optional, free to join and available on request to registered individual clients and organizations. Membership requires activation by IONA JETS and begins only when activation is confirmed. IONA JETS may decline, suspend or terminate a membership in cases of fraud, abuse, circumvention of the Program rules, inaccurate information or other misuse. Cashback applies only to eligible charter bookings resulting from Flight Requests submitted through the Platform after membership activation. One Flight Request corresponds to one booking for Program purposes, regardless of the number of flight segments. Cashback is credited only after the relevant charter has actually been operated, the corresponding transaction fully settled and the booking verified under the Program rules. No cashback is due for a booking that is canceled, refunded, not operated, reversed, ineligible or otherwise fails to satisfy these conditions. Explorer, Voyager and Ambassador status is based on the cumulative EUR value of eligible completed bookings recorded under the relevant membership. A member holds one status at a time. Status can move only upward and is retained while the member maintains an open IONA JETS account and the Program remains in force. Explorer begins with the first eligible completed booking, Voyager begins at EUR 250,000 in cumulative eligible completed bookings and Ambassador begins at EUR 1,000,000. The published cashback rates and per-booking caps are maximums. Explorer members may receive up to 0.5%, capped at EUR 1,000 per eligible booking; Voyager members may receive up to 0.75%, capped at EUR 1,500; and Ambassador members may receive up to 1%, capped at EUR 2,000. IONA JETS determines the exact cashback amount for each eligible booking within the applicable maximum rate and cap and confirms that amount when it is credited. A physical loyalty card may be shipped worldwide free of charge after the member's first eligible completed booking, subject to a complete and valid delivery address, shipping availability and any applicable delivery restrictions. Card availability, production and delivery times are not guaranteed. A replacement or updated card may be subject to separate conditions. Cashback balances are recorded in EUR. When an eligible booking is invoiced in another currency, the relevant amount is converted into EUR using the applicable exchange rate on the crediting date. Credited cashback remains claimable for twelve (12) months from its crediting date. Amounts not claimed within that period expire and are forfeited, subject to any mandatory law that applies. A payout may normally be requested once the recorded balance reaches EUR 500. Payouts may be made in EUR, CHF or USD to a bank account held in the individual member's name or, for an organization membership, the organization's name. The exchange rate applicable on the transfer date and any bank, intermediary or other third-party fees may affect the amount received. A credited amount nearing expiry may be claimed below the standard threshold under the Program's payout process. Processing and bank-transfer times vary and are not guaranteed. A displayed cashback balance is a conditional Program ledger entry. It is not a bank account, deposit, stored-value facility, financial instrument or amount of client money held on account by IONA JETS. Before payout, cashback cannot be assigned, sold, exchanged or transferred to another person, account or membership. It becomes payable only in accordance with these Program Terms. An individual membership and an organization membership are separate. Their status, cumulative eligible booking values and balances cannot be combined, merged or transferred. For an organization membership, the membership, status and balance are held at organization level. New organization-level cashback can be earned only while the organization maintains an active IONA JETS Business subscription. If that subscription ends, the organization stops earning new cashback but retains its status and previously credited cashback, which remains claimable under the applicable payout and expiry conditions. If a booking is canceled, refunded or reversed after cashback has been credited, IONA JETS may deduct the corresponding amount from the member's existing balance or from future credits. A member must promptly inform IONA JETS of any error affecting Program status, booking values, credits or payouts. Cashback is offered and funded exclusively by IONA JETS. It is independent of the prices and proposals of Broker Partners, which retain full commercial and pricing autonomy. Broker Partners do not fund, operate or administer the Program. Participation in the Program does not guarantee Broker Partner participation, a proposal, a particular price, a booking or a specific cashback amount. IONA JETS may amend, suspend or terminate the Program at any time with reasonable notice. Changes do not retroactively remove cashback already credited, which remains claimable under the conditions applicable when it was credited. No new cashback is earned after Program termination or after the effective date of a membership termination. The member is responsible for any personal or organizational tax, accounting or reporting consequences arising from cashback received. IONA JETS does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Personal data relating to membership, status, cumulative eligible booking value, cashback balance and payout details is processed under the IONA JETS Privacy Policy. Bank details are collected only when necessary to process a requested payout. Closing the relevant IONA JETS account ends the membership. Members should request any eligible payout before account closure, subject to the payout threshold, expiry rules and other Program conditions. The Program is governed by Swiss law. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of Geneva, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning the Program. IONA JETS acts solely as a Swiss digital referral platform connecting clients with independent air charter brokers. IONA JETS is not an air charter broker, air carrier, airline, aircraft operator, freight forwarder, customs broker or ground-handling provider and is not a party to the charter contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Transport-related obligations and liabilities remain with the contractual party or parties identified in the relevant booking documentation. *Cashback is available only on eligible bookings and remains subject to these Program Terms.
